I cut out any added sugar products, soft drink (pop), chocolate, processed foods etc, around 4 years ago. One of the real transformative things I've done around my health. After a week or two you'll be able to easily just walk past it without any temptation.

That’s how I am with coffee now. I quit about a year ago and now it’s not even a temptation. I quit pop and energy drinks a couple weeks ago and that is already not a temptation 90% of the time

You'll never go back, seriously, I feel ill if I eat a small amount of full sugar chocolate.

Next cut after I’ve fully kicked candy is processed, carb-based snacks
