this is incredibly misleading, a nostr relay is spec’d by the protocol, not some undefined, proprietary thing

All Nostr NIPs come from implementations.

Since when is it wrong to implement something and write the spec later after the kinks get worked out in practice? I thought that was encouraged in Nostr land
