There is a spec for "Reddit-style" moderated communities. Some clients surface this.

Nostr should be used for two sided marketplaces if it is to ever catch on as social media. I wonder how many more years of going sideways it will be until people realize I was right two years ago when I was saying it.

If you understood Nostr, youd realized this is a nonsense take. Nostr isnt organized like Twitter, the specific client/kind you're reading is organized that way.

If you actually want just twitter organized like reddit, its alrewdy built, the app is called voyage.
