I just finished cleaning up cables for my wife’s office. Two products I used were:
The first product is a pack with all sorts of useful things (Velcro ties, netted wraps, cord positioners, etc).
The second is a cable tray. This is really useful to stick under the desk and run cable from one side to another.
Lastly, I connected everything to an Anker power strip. It has 2100J of surge protection so that should work for your setup. I screwed it in under the desk towards one side.
