I think I did. If you eat too much refined sugar, it would increase insulin levels beyond what is admissible. If you consume sugar in its proper quantities, insulin levels would be normal and non-problematic.
People's cells become resistant to insulin and that disease is not caused by sugar intake alone. Other common toxins over time, particularly machine oils such as canola and soybean oil, which are ubiquitous in bread and processed food, are a much bigger factor in causing insulin resistance and other health problems.
