Soon bitcoin time can be put into tags:

"after_btc_block"

"after_btc_hash"

Proving a note was after a certain bitcoin time

Also OTS proves something was BEFORE a certain block

So you can actually prove a note was created in a certain period

This will turn out to have some very interesting propertie, in future...
