I had some leftover toppings from a pizza I made last week. I make the whole thing in one pan.

The first step is to caramelize the onions in butter. Once the fillings have cooked enough, I transfer them out of the pan and wipe it out before adding more butter and then the scrambled eggs. The rest is easy. The trick is to not use too much heat or the eggs will overcook.
