I suspect you'll have to use a corporate tech tool like Zoom.

Zoom does the recording on the server so your phone doesn't have to.

I think free zoom accounts have a limitation on how long they record for. Might just have to do multiple calls to get the whole pod.

If you were using a PC, you'd have more options.
