If you don't make sure whoever referred the seller to you has made a successful deal and knows them personally. Additionally, consider using multisig tools with additional mutually trusted signers to mitigate scammers. Too many scams going around lately with mining equipment. Be vigilant and don't be fooled by deals that seem too good to be true.

Anywhere between $0.095 down to splitshares at $0.075 per Kwh
Those aren't great rates.
they are average for europe, up to 16 cent per kw/h during the peak hours (about 3-4 hours a day)
you aren't going to make money on a big mining farm with power like that, obviously, but it will still be cheap winter heating or hot water 😀
The only great rates your going to get anywhere in the country is from your own solar. Most dont have a home, land or the $7000 to do so.

What scams are you seeing? Viruses?
Mostly on telegram, some unknown shows up with deals too go to be true, people pay, but never get the equipment. I've never heard of someone getting hardware with malicious code on it, but no I'm thinking about it. Thanks.
