Like , this has to be proof that it's all a simulation.

I have no way to prove whether we are or are not in a sim. However, if we are, I imagine that base reality is significantly more boring. Whenever we make our own sims (video games, movies, etc.) they’re almost always more interesting than our reality. So my baseline assumption would be the inverse for going up the reality stack.
