Turned on Fox & Friends this morning while I’m getting ready and they are doing a story about new homes. The average size of a new home is now 2,240 sq. ft. And Kilmeade is lamenting “that’s not a lot”. Are you kidding me?

As someone who is still living in his “starter home” 25 years later I’d kill for 2400 square feet. I’m just over 1500 and make it work. Maybe 2400 sq. ft. Is small for some TV host who lives in Massapequa #FTG
