Day 31/31 Finishing strong with back and biceps. #31days

Thank you to all that joined! It is only January and you have worked out for 8% of all the days in 2025. Couldn't start the year any better.

For me that's 62 straight days with an hour workout. Dropping to 5 a week for Feb then doing this again in March. See you then!
