So grow em, clean out and rinse (with gloves). You can either cut them into rounds and stack them with the sauerkraut or you can cut a slit and stuff them (I prefer actually stuffing them). Fill mason jars with the peppers and fill the gaps with a bit more kraut. Then use a hot brine (you can doctor your own recipe based on preference) and pour it over top of the stuffed peppers. Boil your lids and then put them on the jars and that’ll seal them up!
