This weekends honey-do project was to upscale our extra room that we are giving to our 2 oldest. My wife's sister and our niece lived with us rent free for 3 years and they absolutely destroyed the room.

I cleaned up, added some framing around the window, added a chair guard around the entire room, caulked up everything, and added mirror tint to the window to help with the heat from its west facing position and adds a bit of privacy. Will share finished product.
