Saylor is an interesting character because he acts as a Daywalker between the old, regulated fiat World with all its restrictions and the new decentralized, free World of Bitcoin. However he's regularly testing the waters of anarchy rhetorically. Makes me wonder if when he says that the dollar has a future: is he serious or does he want to avoid scaring "the man" too much.
