Who knows the answer?
If I send 0.1 btc to an existing address with 0.1, do I have now 2 UTXOs with 0.1 btc?
Or 1 UTXO with 0.2?
1 address with 0.2 but 2 utxos. You need to send both 0.1 utxos to new address to consolidate
