Nice, I cut out snacks and junk food and replaced them with fruits and nuts. Feels much better!

Definitely, mostly try to avoid seed oils, don't always succeed though.

Yeah, for sure. Nearly all restaurants use the same seed oils and crap unfortunately. And the ingredients aren't always readily available.

I feel you. I had to reduce eating real meals to 3 times a week. Evvery other day is fruit, nuts, PBJ, and soup broth lol

Yeah, and it's pricey sometimes for sure, worth if though if you can do it.
