Good questions. I think it depends on your margins and shipping costs.

If your shipping only locally; local pricing might work. The downside is that it lacks confidence in #bitcoin in the eyes of some.

If not, then price in #sats and change your pricing periodically if there's a huge swing. Be careful with shipping.

I suppose a customer might pm the order and address, and you return a lightening request.

I think all of that can be worked out, what service or product will be the key to determining how you work then out.
