Anyone tell me what these are? They are in a bucket of worm castings that have been sitting with an aeration stone for 24 hours. I thought they were baby worms, but it appears they have legs.

I dont know, looks kind of like the nymph stage of something.

I wanted to say springtails but then I thought the smaller white ones in the lower left corner of the frame were springtails so these would be large by comparison.
