Summary:
- 2 difficulty epochs / 2016 reps per exercise x 2
~ 4 weeks (28 days)
Daily routine:
- 144 push-ups
- 144 sit-ups
- 144 crunches
Exercises got more challenging after the first (and only) difficulty adjustment.
In total, I did:
4032 push-up ✅
4032 crunches ✅
4032 squats ✅
I managed to keep up with the challenge while on the road in 4 different locations 😊
