Tried explaining to Amazon customer service that I was missing a single item from my package. They repeatedly apologized about my "missing package" and offered to ship it again. After trying for the 4th time to explain I was only missing one item, I decided to let them be stupid and just replace everything that already arrived. Thanks, Jeff.
