Well, There about the same but on different levels of how they do things.

I think he is more moral than most American politicians. Idk about evil. Maybe less evil. I think he sees it as a means to an end if anything.

The war with Ukraine is because of the violation of the minsk agreements. Seems logical.

I would say evil is the wrong word. Do remember he is the Russian equivalent of Trump in some ways. They wanted him because he wasn’t establishment. Not an oligarch or politician. Also his rise to power would not have happened without the wests attempted resource rape of the country. Before you ask that question, it might be worth starting with a few others and working forwards:

1: do you know the history of Bill Browder?

2: do you understand that Magnitsky was an accountant and never a lawyer?

3: do you consider it rational that Putin had his star witness killed?

4: Do you think it was rational for USA to overthrow the Ukrainian government in 2014 considering the sheer number of US generals who had previously stated this is the one red line that would cause hostilities?

5: do you think him unethical for moving military in to protect ethnic Russians from >6000 shells per day?

My point is simple. Are our opinions based on sufficient knowledge? Is he evil? Doubt it. He certainly doesn’t seem to have the blood lust that Europe and USA have
