i think it come to point in ANY COUNTRY whether ARMED FORCES want OPEN FIRE OWN CITIZENS n follow political chain of command. Venezuela majority armed forces are backing gov and also more foreign interference due to resources grab by foreign entities.

In Greece we had a military coup, backed by USA, that of course did not end well. So you can't rely on armed forces in Greece to intervene on political matters. Not at all. If someone will attempt this, will simply take the risk that the soldiets will join the opposite side. So not any country. But in Venezuela and many other countries its another story... culture n society plays big role in institutions - many small countries armed forces are not neutral or corrupt or looking to grab power - asia n africa very common also small euro countries.
Big countries also. For example in Germany someone, the USA, blew up nord stream 2. In France i believe Russians try to promote Lepen etc.
