Had to look it up, but Toil may be stress inducing, where lives are on the line, including our own livelihood, and play is stress relieving. Therefor the balance of work and play is wrong, we must balance stress and rest. However, focusing on the outcome and the doing of the work can be extremely rewarding, and I know studies show that fulfillment comes from focus, not distraction 😇. Does the fullfillment lead to salvation though 🤔
