⚡️✅ Stability and bandwidth consumption in Nostr Web Clients
It is known that bandwidth consumption is proportional to the amount of relays registered in the web client.
The larger the number of relays, the slower it gets, because you have to download and upload, automatically, all the registered events. Both from your profile and from your followers.
In the web browser, doing this every day, cache gets full and slows down performance for other purposes.
There are some nostr proxies under development that would solve this issue, but not officially released.
When you use a program available from nostr for desktop, it solves this problem of bandwidth consumption, improves stability and performance.
For now, the Iris one, needs improvement. But compared to others, it has a much better design.
