what u looking is not see live note on your timeline but see "number" of new notes "posted" by whoever your npub is "following" somewhat like how many new emails in each "category folders" pushed (not necessarily opened) - similar to conversations notifications when someone open nostr client after weeks or months.
Yes, but not for all 300+ people I am following. Only for certain people that I don't want to miss a post from.
