Microsoft has released version 8.1 of the Windows Community Toolkit, featuring updated dependencies and support for .NET 8. The new release includes two new controls, a ColorPicker and a ColorPickerButton, as well as several updates to existing controls and helpers. Additionally, NuGet package redirects have been added to point code targeting version 7.x to equivalent namespaces in version 8.x. This update allows WCT consumers to target .NET 8 features in their apps.
