Imagine i have 200+ employees and I’d like to know which ones are willing to sabotage the company and their teammates. I just can’t read minds. It would be awesome if they just identified themselves.

100% and indicator. We have a policy that if an employee doesn't show up for work for 3 days and doesn't communicate what he or she is doing, it's job abandonment and grounds for termination.
