Using noStrudel and not seeing the image description. I would guess chives. NOTE: on green onions (scallions), if I buy them from the store, I use all except maybe an inch or two from the roots and then plant. they will keep growing forever and just keep trimming them. No waste.

Garlic. 🧄

We do the same thing with our green onions. Buy them once and just keep on harvesting. If we don't need any when they're ready, we just cut 'em up and dry 'em for later.
