Is the elliptical machine a good way to get cardio in if you have knee pain and would rather not run, row etc? #asknostr

I don't use that machine but I recently started sled pushing and sled pulling. I read that sled work is a good way to strengthen the knees; once the knees are strenghtend, hopefully any knee pain will fade away.
Thanks for the advice. Unfortunately i don't have any sleds at my gym but I will bare that in mind 🫡
