Hopefully it's wrong and you can just ignore it. Otherwise time to call a broker. If you're on an insurance company that advertises with a ton of commercials like GEICO or progressive, you're probably overpaying (at least in the USA).

mind you when I swapped my old insurance company didn't demand I pay for the full premium they just closed the account
