I didn't remember (or it was just what subconsciously led me to rewatch the show, although I still argue that the reason goes by the name Mackenzie Davis) this scene (and the subsequent one, but I won't give away too many spoilers) from Halt and Catch Fire. the references are explicit, whilst subtle, very well-crafted, and only the attentive viewer would catch them, despite there's no room for doubt: Donna and Cameron are Satoshi Nakamoto. brilliant, given the trajectory of the duo.
