I’d replace as soon a possible. I had one that continued to expand after taking it out. Eventually they can burn.

Fuck thats Bad, i have been using it because My laptop doesnt goes on without the battery... But it wasnt this Bad before and i need to work
It also got so hot, that it actually split the top of a pine wood desk it was on.
Can you run the laptop without it?
