I don't get it, police will be paid in Bitcoin also.

I think this is more of a statement about where we are now and in the short-term, rather than where will be.
I guess maybe in the meme the police are being depicted as a corrupt authoritarian regime rather than people that might protect one's family while they are away at work.
Either way I believe Bitcoin will make positive changes in corruption and remove those that have enslaved the people with debt.
