USD is a ledger. We have no control over it either. The government can add more to the ledger when they deem necessary. This lowers the value of the currency. This is happening as we speak and will continue accelerating because we are in a currency war. All physical US dollars are liability notes for the government that are recorded on the ledger. There are minimal physical dollars in the system. When you see US electronic “dollars” take over the system you’ll be too late to understanding monetary systems to save the value of your energy (your fiat). Good luck.
