After about a week of recovery from some pain, I'm back at it by a night run, on DAY 9 of #running efforts till I run a #marathon!

The more I go longer distance, the more important it is to be mindful of your own body. As I've increase intensity of my exercises, some challenges have crossed my path: dehydration, weight loss, cramps, burnout.... But all of these challenges I'm learning to overcome.
One shortcut to learning and overcoming these challenges, is mentorship (the which I'm thankful is set to thrive on #Nostr): learn from people who been where you're trying to be.
