Most of the world's nation-states are drowning in debt, which causes inhumane boom-and-bust cycles and suffocates current and future growth.

If you took all the fiat issued by a country, and converted to lowest denominated unit, and laid it out to cover the landmass of that country, which country would have most of its area filled, and for those completely filled, how many layers deep would they be
