Or more accurately, wake up about 3 hours before alarm, not get back to sleep properly because I know the alarm will be going off at some point, then the above sequence🙄😂.

Snoozing is the worst thing ..

alarm goes off,

I sit at the end of the bed, head in hands, for about a minute,

then up and at the day .. 😎
