Is there a wallet or method that someone could use CFPF to accelerate TXs?

A friend of mine is having an issue with a stucked TX (10sats/vByte) and he asked me.

I just have experience with RBF and always in my own wallet.

So, any suggestions before he uses something like viaBTC (the expensive solution for him)?
