Id suggest a profile setup walkthrough when you download the client. It would include prompts and explanations allowing the user to easily upload a profile pic (Nostr.build, resized, etc somehow in the background?), relays (what are they and how to find them in app), key management (currently my dad would struggle to write it out in his hard copy password book), NIP, etc.

First experience and ease of setup are so important!
