It only works in a desktop web browser, on mobile there is no way to make it work. Neither by web nor by application

Probably already did, but have you deleted the app and reinstalled? Might need to clear something out.
- I deleted and reinstalled the app from both AppStore and TestFlight
- open in mobile navigator
And there’s no way it works.
