What scares me is that (scare but not surprise) it'll probably crack quicker than people get to safe Harbour, which will mean tough times ahead for a lot of innocent people. People who havnt adopted bitcoin yet didn't chose knowingly to be persuaded into a Fiat system that has been stealing their wealth for generations. Oblivious people didn't choose willingly to live in a world where you need to be super-conscious about what currency you should accept as compensation for your energy expenditure into society. So it's gonna be a tough ride for some people that didn't have it coming at all and that's pretty sad.

I agree, when things break down the collapse much faster than people expect. And that rings true now more than ever. You hit the nail on the head saying that many innocent people who were born into the system will be hurt. It is in fact very sad... hopefully you have been spreading the word about Bitcoin. We were all born into this system and its up to us to opt out. But it's always an uphill battle trying to sway people from "conventional wisdom" even if the evidence is staring at them straight in the face.
