The constitution applies to everyone on U.S. soil. Not just citizens. I don’t agree with that. I’m not sure if it was the Supreme Court or congress that made that decision. But that’s how the laws are currently applied.

Illegal immigrants aren’t actually “illegal” until due process is applied. Ethically speaking I’d like everyone to receive due process. However, I believe that people caught illegally entering the country should be summarily deported or jailed as the constitution should only apply to citizens.

The real issue should be removing constitutional rights from non-citizens.
