Yes except every player moves at once. It's like a coordinated strike. Pretty awesome when you have a good coach, strong captain, and everyone plays their par. I don't like watching it as much as I enjoyed playing it.

HS Football was formative for me. I loved it. But I always thought I'd like rugby too.
