"Gender is a social construct" is pomo 101. It's downstream from Marx and Foucault. It's almost literally a fiat "science" that not only rejects reality but seeks actively to change it (in ways that it cannot be changed). Foucault said he wanted to destroy all logocentrism--once one understands what he actually meant by that, it's shocking.

There are men and there are women. There is such a thing as human nature--which means that essence precedes existence. The sooner we return to these ancient, basic truths the sooner our society begins to heal.
