Is there any documentation for dummies?

I just saw that the picture ad is an ad for what I'm looking for. 😂 it's late...
One is eagle sats for sure. What I didn't like about them, that I couldn't search for specific people to advertise to.
So I started to develop my own. Where you can search for nostr users with different options, and #zapvertise to them. I also take feedbacks for it.
