I used this https://metadata.nostr.com/
There’s also semisol’s hist.nostr.land
You can add it as a relay and it backs up your info
nostr:npub103m96sra82w4agghew9cdxtzs4s8sl7qsjsvw6h653yml0gjrkzqefd3h5 I’ve tried both methods. I prefer hist.nostr.land. The website is 🤌🏾 and you don’t have to backup periodically. As long as you’re connected to the relay, it backups your profile and follows as soon as there’s a change. The relay address is the same as the website but with wss:// in front
