This scientist is known for having changed her mind at the end of her career (coincidence?). She is also known (according to your article) for going against scientific consensus. Of course, I don't know what's your take on this kind of topic. Nevertheless, the title alone lies: the article summarised here states that CO2 can only change climate up to a certain extent, that would have been reached a long time ago.
