Brazil data regulator bans Facebook Instagram from mining data to train AI models over concern for privacy violations. Facebook Instagram has a history of sharing people’s private data with corporations and political billionaire data companies which is then used to manipulate voters around the world using AI algorithms and troll farms. The US should ban Facebook Instagram from using American citizens private data too.
