That idea came in my mind as well a while ago (/cc nostr:npub1arkn0xxxll4llgy9qxkrncn3vc4l69s0dz8ef3zadykcwe7ax3dqrrh43w) We should find a FOSS activity app/platform, fork it and rebuild it with Nostr to bootstrap it
